No fixed lanes, no shared lift to wait on. The whole system runs on under 20 field-replaceable units and the spare-parts kit fits in a closet, not a warehouse.

Stations
Two station styles cover every job: a case station brings packages to a person, a pallet station hands full loads to a forklift. Place either one anywhere along the structure's edge, inbound or outbound, and move it in software as flow changes.
